Leeds Building Society is seeking a Learning Delivery Manager to lead operational and regulatory training, shaping high-quality, scalable programmes. You will coach a team of six trainers, partner with senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across governance and delivery.

You will foster an inclusive culture, leverage data to raise learning impact and ensure training aligns with business priorities in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Learning & Development experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience designing, delivering and governing training programmes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training design, delivery, scheduling and governance.
• Lead a team of 6 Specialist Operational & Regulatory Trainers.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into learning solutions.
• Use data and evaluations to improve learning quality and impact.
