Southern Housing is seeking a Learning & Culture Partner to drive capability and cultural alignment across the organisation. You will diagnose needs, design practical solutions and partner stakeholders to deliver sustainable improvements that enhance services for residents and colleagues.

You will embed HEART values, support change and build capability through coaching, mentoring and collaboration with subject matter experts and external providers.

Qualifications

• Essential: Coaching/mentoring qualification at Level 5 or above.
• Desirable: Learning qualification for blended learning design.
• Experience in learning and development across organisations is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose learning, culture and capability needs across the organisation.
• Design and deliver practical learning solutions that build skills and sustain change.
• Partner across the organisation to align with changing priorities in a housing environment.
• Build manager and team capability through coaching and mentoring.
• Support organisational change and transformation to build resilience.

• Work across compliance learning, EDI, wellbeing, engagement and organisational learning programmes.
