Reward is seeking an experienced Lead Production Services Analyst to lead the Production Services team in Belfast. Your role will focus on ensuring the stability and performance of production applications while delivering exceptional client service.

You will be responsible for managing major incidents, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating closely with internal teams to maintain operational excellence. A hybrid working model is offered as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a Lead or Senior Production Support role.
• Strong experience with Incident and Problem Management.
• Technical expertise in web applications, REST APIs, and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Production Services team.
• Manage high-priority incidents and ensure service restoration.
• Monitor production environments and troubleshoot issues.
