SS&C Technologies Holdings is seeking a Team Manager for the Client Services Voice team in Belfast. The role supports coaching, development, and performance management of associates and technicians, while ensuring regulatory training is completed within required timescales.

The position offers a hybrid work model with a focus on delivering coaching excellence, performance reviews, and structured 1:1s. It is ideal for leaders who value accountability, collaboration and a commitment to service

Qualifikationen

• Experience in people leadership or supervision in a contact centre or similar environment.
• Strong communicator with the ability to coach and develop staff.
• Proven ability to manage performance and regulatory training.

• Coaching, feedback & development of Associates
• Associate observations (coaching, monitoring)
• Absence management
• Objective reviews
• Performance management of Associates and Techs
• 1:1's – Associates and Techs
• To ensure all regulatory training is completed within timescales for self, Team and Team Leaders
