Together Housing seeks a Home Ownership & Commercial Co-ordinator to lead a dedicated team delivering high-quality services across home ownership, leasehold and commercial property portfolios in the North of England. Qualifikationen

• Experience in housing or property sector roles (home ownership, leasehold or commercial property).
• Proven experience in leading, motivating and developing a team.
• Strong knowledge of shared ownership, leasehold management, commercial property management and housing legislation.
• Experience with service charges, income recovery and legal processes related to home ownership and leasehold services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support the Home Ownership & Commercial team to create a customer-focused, high-performing culture.
• Oversee daily management of shared ownership, leasehold, home ownership and commercial properties.
• Ensure efficient management of shared ownership sales, leasehold services and commercial lettings.
• Drive service performance, monitor targets and improve customer satisfaction and income collection.
• Manage leasehold and commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer services.
• Lead on Section 20 consultations and keep customers informed.
