Job summary

NG Bailey is seeking a Head of CAFM Systems to lead our Facilities Services systems transformation. This hybrid role requires regular travel to our Leeds office and reports into senior leadership.

You will own the systems strategy, lead the Insight team, and drive adoption across multiple platforms, including JobLogic and IFS. You will champion data management, govern change requests, and shape a roadmap for automation and AI-enabled improvements across the organisation.

In this newly created leadership role, you will:

• Own and drive the Facilities Services systems strategy, including JobLogic, IFS, and future platforms.
• Lead the Insight team, setting the direction for data management and system optimization.
• Champion user adoption and standardize business processes to eliminate manual workarounds.
• Prioritize and govern system change requests in collaboration with ICT and technology vendors.
• Shape our future systems roadmap with a focus on automation, workflow improvement, and emerging AI tools.
• Act as the senior voice for systems, contributing to our broader business and digital transformation agenda.

• Comfort in a complex, fast-paced, multi-site operational environment.
