Job summary

LUC Bristol, part of a national landscape planning team, is seeking an experienced Landscape Planner to deliver a range of UK projects across urban and rural settings. The role involves developing strategies and liaising with clients, local authorities and private sector teams, in a hybrid Bristol office with travel to sites.

We offer training, support chartered membership, and opportunities to contribute to a growing portfolio, with flexible hours including part-time options.

Qualifications

• Educated with a relevant Landscape qualification at degree or postgraduate level.
• Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute or working towards it.
• Experience on landscape planning projects across scales.
• Excellent report-writing and editing skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; ability to produce high-quality outputs.
• Willingness to travel around the UK and a driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a wide range of landscape planning projects.
• Liaise with clients and internal/external team members.
• Provide high-quality reports and outputs meeting standards.
• Contribute to tenders and pricing exercises to grow the portfolio.
