Responsibilities

• Maintain and support global laboratory database systems in line with policies and quality standards.
• Provide backup support for TELD Coordinator and assist training of new members.
• Monitor database performance, identify trends, escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to planning, budgeting, and cross-functional CLS initiatives.
• Foster continuous improvement, quality, and customer focus in operations.
• Prepare monthly activity and performance reports.
• Handle higher-level tasks based on business needs.
