Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Kitchen Systems Administrator to support the Table to Table and Rocket Food teams. You will manage Kafoodle data, coordinate recipe and allergen information, and assist with menu materials and client documentation across client sites.

You’ll collaborate with Production, Operations, Marketing and Account Management, ensuring accurate information and timely delivery while building scalable processes in a growing workplace dining function.

Qualifications

• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with Kafoodle or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain recipe and allergen data in Kafoodle.
• Manage recipe uploads and system administration.
• Build menu grids and recipe matrices.
• Produce reports and trackers for the Food Development team.
• Ensure supplier information is current with Kafoodle and Foodbuy.
