Job summary

Enable Strategic Consulting is seeking a Junior Consultant – Strategy & Growth to join our Milton Keynes team on a hybrid basis. You’ll work with senior consultants and client teams on high-value competitions, developing strategies, pricing models and growth plans.

This is a hands-on role with increasing responsibility from day one, focused on delivering tangible client outputs and business-winning results.

Qualifications

• UK-based and eligible for BPSS and UK Security Clearance (SC)
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
• Willingness to travel to UK client sites
• Based in Milton Keynes office two days per week

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Position to Win strategies across major and complex competitions
• Research markets, customers and competitors and turn insight into actionable recommendations
• Develop competitive analysis and customer insight to inform bid, capture and growth strategies
• Build and refine pricing models, scenarios and assumptions
• Assess price, quality, customer priorities and competitor behaviour to understand potential outcomes
• Develop non-price strategies that strengthen client propositions
• Contribute to client discovery sessions, workshops and strategy discussions
• Challenge assumptions, test hypotheses and ensure recommendations are evidence-based
• Support bid/no-bid and strategic decisions by identifying risks and opportunities
• Work with capture, bid, commercial and technical teams
• Apply economic, analytical and commercial thinking to real-world business-winning challenges
• Explore AI, data and digital products to improve decision-making and business-winning
• Help develop Enable’s IP, tools and AI-enabled platforms
• Contribute to business development and growth of Enable
