Job summary

Enable Strategic Consulting is a growing consultancy seeking a Junior Consultant – Strategy & Growth based in Milton Keynes. The role combines analytical thinking with direct client delivery and requires you to travel to UK client sites as needed.

You will work on market, pricing and growth strategies, participate in workshops, and help shape client propositions while developing your consulting capability over time.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in economics, mathematics, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical capability and the ability to work with uncertainty and imperfect information.
• Understanding of pricing, commercial analysis and financial benchmarking.
• Experience or knowledge of business-winning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop Position to Win strategies across major and complex competitions.
• Research markets, customers and competitors and turn insight into actionable recommendations.
• Develop competitive analysis and customer insight to inform bid, capture and growth strategies.
• Build and refine pricing models, scenarios and assumptions.
• Assess price, quality, customer priorities and competitor behaviour.
• Develop commercial and non-price strategies that strengthen client propositions.
• Contribute to client discovery sessions, workshops and strategy discussions.
• Challenge assumptions, test hypotheses and ensure recommendations are evidence-based.
