Job summary

Enable Strategic Consulting is seeking a Junior Consultant – Strategy & Growth to join our Milton Keynes team on a fixed-term basis. You will work alongside experienced consultants on high-value client challenges, helping define Position to Win strategies and growth initiatives.

The role blends analytical thinking with practical delivery and increasing responsibility. We look for a candidate with 3–4 years in economics, analytics, procurement or related fields, plus strong commercial judgment

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability and the ability to work with uncertainty and imperfect information.
• Experience or knowledge of pricing, commercial analysis and financial benchmarking.
• Experience with business-winning methodologies and client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Position to Win strategies across major and complex competitions.
• Research markets, customers and competitors and turn insight into actionable recommendations.
• Develop competitive analysis and customer insight to inform bid, capture and growth strategies.
• Build and refine pricing models, scenarios and assumptions.
• Assess price, quality, customer priorities and competitor behaviour to understand potential outcomes.
• Develop commercial and non-price strategies that strengthen client propositions.
• Contribute to client discovery sessions, workshops and strategy discussions.
• Challenge assumptions, test hypotheses and ensure recommendations are evidence-based.
