Job summary

Enable Strategic Consulting seeks a Junior Consultant - Strategy & Growth to work with senior consultants and client teams on high-value bids. You'll develop Position to Win strategies, conduct market and competitor analysis and help shape pricing and growth plans.

The role blends rigorous analysis with practical delivery, requires UK residency, and offers hybrid working with Milton Keynes office two days a week, travel across the UK, and a strong emphasis on client outcomes and professional

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in economics, mathematics, or related field.
• Strong analytical capability and comfort with uncertainty.
• Understanding of pricing, commercial analysis and benchmarking.
• Experience with business-winning methodologies.
• Strong commercial judgement and value-prioritization.
• Ability to challenge assumptions when evidence doesn't support them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with Python or R is an advantage; interest in AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop Position to Win strategies across major competitions.
• Research markets, customers and competitors; turn insight into recommendations.
• Refine pricing models, scenarios and assumptions.
• Assess price, quality and customer priorities to understand outcomes.
• Contribute to workshops and client discovery sessions.
• Challenge assumptions and test hypotheses with evidence.
• Support bid/no-bid and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with capture, bid, and commercial teams.
• Explore AI, data and digital solutions for decision-making.
• Contribute to Enable’s IP and thought leadership.
