Job summary

Enable Strategic Consulting is seeking a Junior Consultant – Strategy & Growth to support UK client engagements from day one. You will work with senior consultants on market insights, pricing, and bid strategy to help clients win opportunities.

The role is hybrid, Milton Keynes-based with travel within the UK, offering a strong foundation for developing analytical and commercial consulting skills.

Qualifications

• UK-based with right to work in the UK; BPSS/SC eligibility for client work.
• Residency and eligibility to obtain SC where required.
• Office-based in Milton Keynes at least two days per week.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Position to Win strategies across major competitions.
• Research markets, customers and competitors to generate actionable insights.
• Refine pricing models and assumptions for bids and growth strategies.
• Contribute to client discovery sessions and strategy discussions.
• Apply analytical and commercial thinking to real client challenges.
