Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Translate client requirements into actionable task briefs and allocate resources.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate to ensure on-time delivery.
• Attend client strategy sessions and circulate notes to stakeholders.
• Contribute to post-delivery wash-up sessions for continuous improvement.
• Support Senior PM with tasks for larger accounts and monthly reporting.
