schuh is seeking a Junior Merchandiser to support the Merchandising team in Livingston, with hybrid work involving 2/3 days in the office in Central London. You will collaborate with the Buyer to maximise profitability, analyse ranges and manage stock across channels.

• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Experience with standard retail systems is preferred.
• Ability to influence and present ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support Merchandiser and Buyer to interpret strategy and maximise profit.
• Develop range frameworks for width and depth according to sales targets and store allocation.
• Plan assortment adjustments for e-commerce and stores.
• Monitor stock flow and OTB positions across channels.
• Lead and coach team members where required.
