Job summary

Success Talent is recruiting for a Junior Merchandiser at a well-known multichannel footwear retailer in London. You will own stock planning for the Kids & Accessories department, forecast key lines, and manage repeats and OTB, collaborating with brands on cancellations.

You will produce weekly reports, prepare data for meetings, plan promotions, and optimise stock flow to meet weekly warehouse targets. Leadership and cross‑team liaison are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Junior Merchandiser or Senior Assistant Merchandiser in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Own stock planning for Kids & Accessories, forecast key lines on line cards, and manage OTB and intake to maximise sales.
• Collaborate with Buying teams and brands on cancellations and range planning to curate the best product selection.
• Produce and analyse weekly reports; prepare data and insights for meetings including range sign‑offs.
• Plan promotions and markdowns, align with warehouse weekly targets, and ensure effective workload distribution across teams.
• Lead and develop the team, maintain relationships with Buying, Web, and Supply Chain, and present figures for senior management.
