Ideal candidates are early-career, numerically strong, Excel-proficient and comfortable with ERP systems. The role offers hybrid working with two office days per week and exposure to multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience in merchandising or related field.
• Experience in a Merchandising or Buying role in a B2B or retail environment.
• Proficient user of Excel and MS Office programs; knowledge of ERP systems.
• Highly numerical with strong analytical ability.
• Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver results on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in seasonal forward buys across all brands from range planning to submission to brand.
• Collaborate with Sales and key customers to ensure timely replenishment per the Replenishment Plan.
• Analyze sales data to optimise stock levels and prevent overstock/stockouts.
• Own replenishment of all stores; coordinate with Operations for on-time deliveries.
• Analyse store MINs/stock levels to ensure correct product quantities.
• Optimise forward buys based on data and supplier flexibility.
• Regularly update Retail Brand reports and provide KPI insights.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service across departments.
