Job summary

IMT Resourcing Solutions is seeking an IT Technician to join a growing IT services team in Swindon. This hybrid role combines field-based on-site support across education and commercial clients with remote helpdesk duties, offering exposure to a wide range of technologies and environments.

You will provide 1st/2nd line IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software, manage user accounts and assist with maintaining security and documentation. Up to £32,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory and Intune; printer support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for education and commercial customers.
• Deliver a mix of on-site field support and remote helpdesk assistance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and AV issues.
• Install and image desktops, laptops, iPads and other devices.
• Manage user accounts and onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Maintain documentation, asset records, and helpdesk tickets.
