Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Helpdesk Infrastructure Engineer in Northampton to join a growing IT team. You will deliver day-to-day support across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking and cloud solutions, helping customers resolve issues and keep environments running smoothly.

The role involves remote support with occasional on-site visits, a 37.5 hour week, and a starting salary of £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in an IT support or infrastructure role.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, VPNs.
• Experience with cloud and remote support technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support by phone, email, and remote access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Support customer computers, servers, networks, and cloud systems.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Carry out occasional on-site customer support.
