The position emphasizes attentional detail, initiative, and learning opportunities in a supportive environment. The role requires experience in fast-paced IT support, strong planning skills, resilience, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and related devices.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced IT support environment.
• Ability to plan and organise a varied workload for self and others, working to short deadlines.
• Ability to demonstrate resilience, an example of which could be responding to a difficult situation.
• Ability to use technology as part of the role: Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, laptops, corporate iPhones and surface hubs.
• Ability to use research to inform the content of reports where appropriate, and the ability to produce clear and accessible reports to be shared with managers.
