Job summary

Howden is hiring an IT Support Technician for our Leeds office with hybrid working. You will deliver high-quality IT support across the organisation, resolving incidents and service requests efficiently while aligning with service levels.

The role involves ITIL-aligned processes, onboarding/offboarding tasks, and contributing to continual service improvement. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working within SLA targets and ability to manage workload based on business impact and urgency.
• Experience using an ITSM platform such as FreshService, ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Experience working in a structured IT support environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Basic PowerShell scripting.
• Participation in service improvement initiatives.
• Experience identifying recurring issues and raising problem records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality IT support and service delivery across the organisation.
• Manage and resolve incidents and requests within agreed service levels.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and user account administration.
• Support IT projects, system upgrades, and technology deployments.
