Job summary

Redline Group urgently seeks an IT Support Technician in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, offering hybrid working and a 9-day working fortnight. You will be responsible for user application support, user administration and local infrastructure across Windows-based systems.

The ideal candidate has proven experience maintaining a corporate IT infrastructure and strong problem-solving skills, with practical experience in Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams.
