Job summary

Travelers UK IT team is hiring for a 1st/2nd line IT Technical Support role. You’ll assist staff with desktop PCs, peripherals, and Office applications, while coordinating with vendors and internal IT groups to resolve incidents efficiently.

The ideal candidate has prior end-user tech support experience, familiarity with Windows/macOS environments, and a proactive, collaborative approach to customer service.

Qualifications

• Related experience in a technical customer service position.
• Business or Information Technology education preferred.
• Experience supporting or training on Apple iOS devices and network connectivity is preferred.
• Experience with business applications and system access is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple situations with supervision and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT Technical Support to Travelers UK staff.
• Support PC hardware, laptops, printers, scanners, and Office applications.
• Coordinate with third parties and other IT teams as needed.
• Log incidents and requests in the IT Service Desk within SLAs.
• Assist with moves and setup of presentation equipment for meetings.
