Qualifications

• Complete understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• 6+ years of experience as an IT support specialist.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain the end user computing environment.
• Act as IT contact for UK based employees.
• Mentor junior technicians and complete complex projects.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of cloud applications, including Office 365

Expert with iPhone and iPad setup and support

Demonstrated problem solving skills

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Education

L3 qualification or equivalent with 6+ years of experience

BS/BA in Computer Science or technical field with 4+ years of experience
