Job summary

Dojo is hiring an IT Support Engineer to keep the Bristol team connected in a modern, cloud‑first environment. You’ll provide first and second‑line support across macOS, Windows, AV setups, and SaaS platforms including Google Workspace and Office 365.

You’ll collaborate with infrastructure, service desk, and network teams to troubleshoot issues, streamline workflows, and ensure a seamless technology experience across the business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated background in first and second‑line IT support within a fast‑paced environment.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Google Workspace and Office 365.
• Proficient with macOS and Windows environments; knowledge of ITIL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality in‑person and remote technical support across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues on macOS and Windows devices.
• Support AV conferencing setups and corporate network connectivity.
• Manage tickets within SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document workflows and knowledge base articles for the team.
