Job summary

YourCode - Award Winning IT & Digital Consultancy in West Yorkshire is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to join our growing team. You will provide 1st-3rd line IT support to internal users and external clients, addressing hardware, software and network issues with a proactive mindset.

The role requires strong knowledge of Microsoft products, excellent communication, and experience in an IT support environment.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft products and packages (Office 365, Windows OS, Active Directory).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience in an IT support/helpdesk/service desk environment.
Knowledge of networking, remote desktop support, and IT security is a plus.

Responsibilities

Providing 1st, 2nd & 3rd line IT support to internal users and external clients.
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Managing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments.
Logging, prioritizing, and escalating tickets as needed.
Firewalls and Server troubleshooting.
Ensuring excellent customer service and technical support.
