YourCode - Award Winning IT & Digital Consultancy in West Yorkshire is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to join our growing team. You will provide 1st-3rd line IT support to internal users and external clients, addressing hardware, software and network issues with a proactive mindset.

The role requires strong knowledge of Microsoft products, excellent communication, and experience in an IT support environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft products and packages (Office 365, Windows OS, Active Directory).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in an IT support/helpdesk/service desk environment.
• Knowledge of networking, remote desktop support, and IT security is a plus.

Responsabilités

If you have experience with Microsoft products and packages amongst others and thrive in a fast-paced support environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing 1st, 2nd & 3rd line IT support to internal users and external clients.
