Forestry England is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Bristol-based team. The role involves supporting staff with IT questions, maintaining high levels of customer service, and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will collaborate with the IT Service Desk and broader IT teams as part of a multi-functional group.

The position is permanent, 37 hours per week, with a blended working approach incl. some home working in line with role requirements. Salary is £26,959 per annum.
