Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking an IT Projects Manager to coordinate and deliver changes across internal technology systems. You’ll translate business needs into well-managed technology projects that deliver lasting improvements across the UK defence estate.

You’ll blend business analysis with practical project delivery, working with stakeholders, technical specialists and external providers to define outcomes, plan delivery, and ensure live service readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IT projects in complex environments.
• Strong business-analysis skills and change-management experience.
• Ability to coordinate internal IT applications, infrastructure or integrations.
• Experience coordinating testing, implementation, and transition to live service.
• Experience working with external technology providers and cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of IT projects from requirements through delivery and go-live.
• Define outcomes, assess impacts, manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate testing, training, and transition to live service.
• Ensure documentation, governance and stakeholder buy-in.
