Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day performance of our strategic technology provider across the UK Defence estate, ensuring contractual commitments are met and improvements delivered.

You will translate technical information for business users and senior leaders, manage supplier relationships, and drive service governance, risk, and continuous improvement in a hybrid/home-based role with UK travel when required.

Qualifications

• Experience holding technology providers accountable for service levels.
• Strong reporting, risk-management and action-tracking skills.
• Ability to interpret contracts and performance data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to business audiences.
• Experience with incident, problem, change, and service-level management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier performance against service commitments.
• Lead reporting, service reviews and escalation paths.
• Translate technical issues for business units and leaders.
• Strengthen service governance and drive root-cause improvements.
• Support service improvement planning and lifecycle changes.
