Zenith Group is seeking a Project Manager in Leeds to drive complex, cross-functional transformation from concept to implementation. Based at Kirkstall Forge, you will shape delivery, manage plans, ensure change is embedded and realise measurable benefits.

You will collaborate with business, operations and technology teams to create governance and deliver value. This role offers agile working options and development opportunities within a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, medium to large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong governance, planning and financial management.
• Experience contributing to business cases, investment proposals and benefits frameworks.
• Stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels.
• Experience leading readiness and operational transition.

Responsabilités

• Shape and mobilise transformation projects through business case development, planning and governance.
• Develop integrated project plans, resource forecasts and financial forecasts.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and change.
• Lead cross-functional teams through implementation, business readiness and operational transition.
• Build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation.
• Drive adoption, transition into BAU and measurable benefits realisation.
• Support portfolio planning by identifying cross-programme dependencies and opportunities.
