JN Bentley Ltd is seeking an IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver IT and digital change projects from our Leeds office. You will act as the central link between business stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams, ensuring projects meet scope, timescales and budget while driving measurable business value and user adoption.

You will collaborate on planning, execution and closure, define objectives, develop plans and manage budgets.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering IT or business change projects.
• Strong project planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Experience using project planning and process-mapping tools such as Microsoft Project and Visio.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate on the planning, execution and closure of IT and digital transformation projects.
• Define project objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource forecasts.
• Apply project governance, reporting and approval processes.
• Coordinate internal teams, third-party suppliers and business stakeholders.
• Work with IT Business Relationship Manager to support achievement of project benefits and expected business outcomes.
• Support business change, user adoption and benefits realisation activities.
