Head Resourcing Ltd in Inverclyde area is recruiting an experienced IT Product Owner to lead sourcing, development, and optimisation of digital and technology solutions across the organisation. You will collaborate with a major transport operator to shape strategic product roadmaps and drive value.

The role demands strong Agile delivery, backlog ownership, and stakeholder engagement to modernise legacy systems and ensure secure, compliant delivery while driving adoption.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner/Manager delivering digital products in live environments with strong Agile delivery.
• Proven backlog ownership across the full product lifecycle, including user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Own the IT product vision, roadmap, and evolution of core services.
• Partner with business, customer-facing, and IT teams to design and deliver digital solutions.
• Define and manage a single product backlog with clear outcomes and user stories.
• Track KPIs and drive digital innovation while modernising legacy capabilities.
• Ensure secure, compliant delivery through stakeholder engagement and change management.
