Job summary

Head Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an IT Product Owner for the Inverclyde area in a hybrid role. You will lead sourcing, development, and optimisation of digital and technology solutions across the organisation, with responsibility for a portfolio including finance, CRM, Fleet Asset Management, Supply Chain, and HR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner/Manager delivering colleague-facing digital products in live environments.
• Strong Agile (Scrum/SAFe) delivery experience.
• Proven backlog ownership across the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT product vision, roadmap, and ongoing evolution of core services.
• Partner with business, customer-facing, and IT teams to design and deliver digital solutions.
• Define and manage a single product backlog with epics and user stories.
• Drive KPIs, champion digital innovation, and modernise legacy capabilities.
• Ensure secure delivery and adoption through stakeholder engagement and change management.
