Job summary

Tier 1 Bank is seeking a DEX Manager to own end-to-end operational delivery of end-user services across the EMEA region. The role focuses on desktop support, the London TechBar, and platform governance, with agile facilitation and data-driven improvements.

Hybrid role based in London with 3–4 days per week in the Liverpool Street office; travel within EMEA may be required. Competitive package with benefits beyond salary.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational delivery of end-user services for EMEA, aligning with DEX strategy.
• Lead Desktop and TechBar teams, fostering professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Define workforce strategy: structure, recruitment, succession and capability development.
• Provide coaching to frontline leaders and senior engineers to strengthen leadership.
• Champion agile delivery across Desktop and TechBar squads and maintain backlog improvements.
• Ensure incident recovery, SLA/KPI compliance, and governance across locations.
