Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is seeking an IT Networks Operations Engineer in Leeds to maintain a secure, stable and highly available network infrastructure. You will own day-to-day BAU tasks within the IT Networks Infrastructure team, focusing on operational excellence rather than project work.

You will administer enterprise firewalls and security controls, implement improvements and work within an ITIL-aligned change-management framework.

Competenze

• Experience administering enterprise firewalls and micro-segmentation.
• Experience in network patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience in structured change-control environments (ITIL).

Mansioni

• Administer enterprise firewall and micro-segmentation platforms, review rules, and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Raise, document and implement network changes within ITIL-aligned change control.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for network incidents and monitor security alerts.
• Support physical network installations at operational locations.
