Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking an IT Implementation Engineer in Birmingham for a hybrid role. You will own IT project delivery and oversee the ongoing management, security and optimization of systems across networks, servers, and cloud platforms.

You will lead hands-on work, manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server and network services, and drive improvements while coordinating with internal teams and third parties. This is a chance to shape IT services in a growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and delivering IT projects, including hands-on implementation.
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms and security systems.
• Understanding of system integration and interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver IT projects, including hands-on technical work.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server and network services.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues and maintain service availability.
• Implement and manage system and security policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third parties to resolve issues.
• Investigate new technologies to improve IT services and security.
• Maintain technical documentation and support regulatory compliance.
