Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking an IT Director / Head of Technology offering a hybrid role in the United Kingdom. This hands-on leadership position combines software development with IT infrastructure oversight to drive strategic initiatives and digital transformation.

You will manage budgets, lead a growing IT team, and align technology with organisational goals while maintaining robust security and compliance across systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role managing software development, IT infrastructure and information security.
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, enterprise apps, software development and security technologies.
• Strong experience in web applications development (.NET) and governance frameworks (Agile, SDLC, ITIL, COBIT).
• Data protection, information security standards and cyber risk management expertise.
• Experience leading digital transformation and systems integration projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and diplomacy; strategic and innovative mindset.
