Job summary

Bright Blue Foods Limited is seeking a Head of IT to lead the technology function across Hull (hybrid) and other sites, including Poland. The role combines day-to-day delivery with strategic governance, supplier management and a technology roadmap to support growth and resilience.

The post requires senior leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and experience across Microsoft 365/Azure, security, and core business systems. Travel between sites will be needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an IT function or large IT service across infrastructure, systems, support, security and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, cyber security, endpoint management, and business systems.
• Experience managing IT budgets, contracts, licences, procurement, renewals, and third-party providers.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, Cisco Meraki, Mimecast, EDI.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic IT leadership to align technology with business priorities and growth.
• Oversee reliable IT service delivery with clear processes and governance.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, contracts and licences to optimise cost and value.
• Lead cyber security, disaster recovery, and data governance across sites.
• Develop and implement a technology roadmap for resilience and efficiency.
