Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking an IT Director / Head of Technology offering a hybrid role in the United Kingdom. This hands-on leadership position combines software development with IT infrastructure oversight to drive strategic initiatives and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role managing software development, IT infrastructure and information security.
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, enterprise apps, software development and security technologies.
• Strong experience in web applications development (.NET) and governance frameworks (Agile, SDLC, ITIL, COBIT).
• Data protection, information security standards and cyber risk management expertise.

Salary: £90,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, including managing software development, IT infrastructure and information security while building and scaling teams.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, enterprise applications, software development and security technologies.
• Strong experience in web applications development (.NET).
• In-depth knowledge of Agile, SDLC, ITIL and COBIT frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data protection regulations, information security standards and cyber risk management.
