Job summary

Gist Limited is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support our change and transformation agenda, working with operational, technical and project teams to capture and shape business needs into clear requirements. Based in Chineham with a hybrid policy, you will develop governance, templates and dashboards, and help embed structured ways of working across the programme.

You will design stage gates, manage Jira/PMO tooling, drive continuous improvement of processes and reporting, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Experience designing and improving project governance frameworks and PMO controls.
• Ability to capture, structure and document requirements clearly.
• Experience with Jira, PPM or workflow management tools.
• Knowledge of change control, risk management and reporting.
• Ability to create governance dashboards and MI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core project documentation and materials.
• Facilitate workshops to obtain requirements and map processes.
• Support evaluation and implementation of Jira and PMO tooling.
• Develop templates, standards and governance documentation.
• Design and maintain stage gate frameworks and governance forums.
• Improve change control, risk and dependency management processes.
• Create project controls, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Translate operational challenges into clear statements and options.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to clarify requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
