Anonymous is recruiting an Internal Technical Sales Engineer in Northamptonshire to join an established engineering business supplying sensors and measurement technologies across diverse industries.

The role supports customers, prepares quotations, and collaborates with external sales engineers to maximise opportunities, with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) and a 35-hour week.

Formación

• Experience in internal sales, technical sales support or customer account management within engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Good understanding of technical or engineering products and ability to explain them to customers.
• Proactive commercial approach with ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Experience using ERP or CRM systems is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer enquiries with technical and commercial support.
• Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities to secure orders.
• Develop relationships with existing customers and identify upsell opportunities.
• Process orders and maintain records using ERP/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with external sales engineers to understand customer needs and suggest solutions.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production and logistics for excellent service.
