Job summary

Internal Sales Executive in the construction materials sector is based in East Leeds with hybrid working after probation. The role offers £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, plus an annual bonus, with a Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm schedule.

The successful candidate will generate new and manage existing business within a defined UK area, support the regional external sales team, and handle order processing to assist in servicing an established customer base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction, timber or similar product based internal sales.
• Experience in generating new business and managing accounts.
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Strong administrative and order processing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage new and existing business within a defined UK area.
• Identify and target new accounts and develop relationships with customers.
• Support external sales team by handling order processing and client inquiries.
• Maintain databases for stock notes and marketing activities.
• Work to company KPIs, procedures and targets; participate in training.
