Job summary

OSB Group is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join the Group Internal Audit team. The role covers audits across business and conduct risk domains with focus on governance, risk management and controls. A hybrid working policy is in place with offices in London, Wolverhampton and Chatham.

You will deliver risk-based audits, contribute to risk assessment, and support adoption of data analytics and AI to enhance audit quality. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Internal audit experience or equivalent assurance role with domain knowledge across Customer, Conduct, Savings or Mortgage Lending, or Operational Risk.
• Knowledge of financial services and regulatory expectations (e.g. Consumer Duty, FG21/1, MCOB, BCOBS).
• Controls testing, analytical thinking and familiarity with internal audit standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk-based, value-adding audits in line with Internal Audit methodology.
• Execute assigned audit work independently, testing design and operating effectiveness of key controls.
• Prepare clear working papers evidencing audit work and conclusions.
• Contribute to audit universe and risk assessment process.
• Collaborate with Group Internal Audit and other assurance functions for integrated delivery.
