You will ensure operational efficiency, strong administration and a smooth candidate journey while partnering with hiring managers and external agencies. This role supports a flexible workforce aligned to business needs.

Competenze

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in a corporate environment.
• Understanding of employment legislation and compliance for interim/temporary staff.
• Ability to balance speed and quality while maintaining candidate experience.

Mansioni

• Coordinate full recruitment process for interim, contract, and temporary roles.
• Draft and post adverts, coordinate campaigns, screen candidates.
• Conduct initial assessments, shortlist applicants, provide recommendations.
