Job summary

Allen Lane Limited is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for an interim, hybrid role near Euston. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across a newly established government-owned organisation, partnering with leaders and shaping the function.

You will develop recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate experience while promoting inclusive practices and using data to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in fast-growing organisations.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice and ATS usage.
• Experience in partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from planning to onboarding.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand resourcing needs and advise on best practices.
• Develop scalable TA frameworks, processes and governance for a new organisation.
• Develop attraction strategies and employer branding to reach diverse talent.
• Promote inclusive recruitment practices and monitor representation.
• Use recruitment data (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, sources) to drive improvements.
