Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to provide interim cover for a monthly outsourced payroll of around 1,000 employees. The role is based in Milton King Kew with a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home) and an initial contract through to year-end.

You will have strong payroll experience, preferably in an outsourced environment, manage monthly payroll processes, liaise with external providers, and handle payroll queries with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong payroll experience, ideally in outsourced payroll environments.
• Experience managing monthly payroll processes and liaising with external providers.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident handling of payroll queries and issue resolution.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• There is potential for extension beyond the initial contract, with upcoming HR systems implementation work.
