Trial Balance Consulting is helping a long-standing client in Hayle recruit an Interim Group Finance Manager. The role offers hybrid working, a 30-hour week option, and an initial 8-week interim contract with potential for permanent employment.

The successful candidate will lead a finance team of seven, ensure robust internal controls, and oversee management accounts and payroll. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent experience is required.

Competenze

• Candidates should have ACA/ACCA/CIMA or be suitably qualified by vocational experience.
• Experience supervising staff and producing financial and management reports.

Mansioni

• Assume responsibility for all accounting protocols and maintaining robust internal controls.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant reporting standards.
• Identify and implement ongoing improvements to the function.
• Act as a key point of contact to external stakeholders and major suppliers.
• Production and delivery of detailed management accounts.
• Management of the payroll function (not administration).
• Regular liaison with investors and internal stakeholders.
