Job summary

Venn Group is recruiting an Interim Registered Building Inspector Class 2 in London. This full-time, hybrid role offers a day rate of £450 umbrella, for an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.

You will assess plans and contribute to ensuring compliance with building regulations, alongside a proactive Building Control team dedicated to high-quality customer service and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Membership of RICS or CABE is required.
• Band B-General Registration with Building Safety Regulator expected.
• Understanding of building control processes and building regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plan assessments as part of the Building Control team.
• Contribute to ensuring development meets building regulations and customer service standards.
• Support the delivery of high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement of the Service.
